I am working in W97 and am stumped on a solution. I need to get the chapter number to appear in the footer to the left of the page #. It also needs to appear in the TOC. However, the heading styles defined in the document are not the default Word headings 1-9?

When viewing a document in normal view, left margin appears as zero. When viewed as print preview, it shows correct margin as set in page setup. Printer also prints correct margins.
