In Word 2007 how do I create two (or more) columns that are always of equal
length in ? I used to be able to do this in Word 2003.
When I create two columns now and fill the first column with text it flows

I have a document that is in Arial.  When it prints on occasion the letters
are on top of each other and/or the spaces between words are gone.  On the
screen the view looks perfect.  Any idea what the problem is and how to fix

till recently when i opened word in windows xp the view was print layout and
