I am trying to print a booklet that is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. When I print it I get 4 pages per side instead of 2 pages per side. I set it up as book fold. What should I do?

I have approximately 100 mailing labels that are set up to print out on a Avery 5160 and I want to change the label type to Avery 5162. I have Word 2007 and cannot figure out how to change it. The labels are already saved. I do not want to cut and paste into a new label.
