I am being forced to use Word 2000 and I have generated a table of contents
along with my page numbers in my footer but the problem is that they are
grayed out but they print ok.

MS Word 2003
Can I have a different footer on every page?  If so, how is this done.

When I open Word email attachments they always open in some bizarre layout
and I have to convert them in "Print Layout". Even when I do this and then
Re-save the document and re-open it, it re-opens in the same bizarre
multi-page layout.

Hi everybody, a client requested a letterhead that has their logo
spanning the top of the document which I had no problem creating.
They have since come with another request to have the document title
(example - Waste Engineering Proposal - A484_BBnQ2) added to each page

How do I get a bold black line to go from one end of the paper to the other?
