Table of Contents09 Jan 2008 21:37 GMT1
hello - I have a lease document that includes Exhibits A, B, C, etc.  I
inserted the referenced Table of Contents, but I can't get it to label the
pages as A-1, A-2, etc.  How do I set that up in the footers and how can I
link them to the Table of Contents index?

I'm having some difficulties with page numbers in Word. I'm working on a
document that consists of a coverpage (it just contains instructions; it does
not have a header/footer and shouldn't be assigned a page number because it
is not supposed to be printed) and the body of the ...

When I open a document created in Word 2003 in Word 2007 it (Word 2007) adds
at least two, sometimes more, paragraph marks at the bottom of the page
between the text and the footnotes, under the short horizontal line that
appears at bottom of the text. I don't want this much ...

I have a weird intermittent issue with a TOC style in a document. I have two

heading wraps properly to the next line as the ...

Changing Heading Numbering - Word 200707 Jan 2008 16:19 GMT8
OK, I understand the connection between Heading Styles and the TOC, but what

Can you name SECTIONS or PAGE BREAKS?  Like you can name worksheet tabs in
Excel, can you name sections/page breaks so that when you print the document
the header/footer will be programmed to automatically put in the section/page
break name?

set margins from the bound edge, when duplexing?05 Jan 2008 20:53 GMT1
My binding machine broke and I need to print booklets in a 3-ring binder.
That set up requires the bound edge be moved 1/2" toward the text body.
Additionally, I will have to reset the size of the images to remain within
the new margins.
