hello - I have a lease document that includes Exhibits A, B, C, etc. I inserted the referenced Table of Contents, but I can't get it to label the pages as A-1, A-2, etc. How do I set that up in the footers and how can I link them to the Table of Contents index?

My binding machine broke and I need to print booklets in a 3-ring binder. That set up requires the bound edge be moved 1/2" toward the text body. Additionally, I will have to reset the size of the images to remain within the new margins.
