I've created a form/template for  my employees to use.  My problem is that
when the blanks are filled out, the text next to that blank gets "pushed"
over or to the next line.  For example, if a line on my form says NAME: (fill
in the blank)  DOB: (fill in the blank), when someone ...

defaults.  Repeated messages about print area outside of margins.

I have a friend with Word 2003, and when he typs a word document, it
automatically inserts the file path name.  How did he get this and how can he
remove it?  He wouldn't care, except for now, it is showing the wrong path
name!  And I am incurably nosy and want to know...

Office 2007 and I think it's a little different.  Can someone please explain
to me how to add pages?  I tried what was posted here but couldn't make it

I'm creating a 100-word document with page borders around each page. How do I
move the left-hand page border (from Format - Page Border, WORD 2007) so that
the pages can be punched and fit into binder?

All of a sudden my Word 2003 has changed. The font is HUGE although it says
its 12pt. It prints in 12pt but I can't view or compose with it...its awful.
The ruler is also stuck on 5" with spaces between and I can't seem to change
it.

In the Style Pane Options, the "Select formatting to show as styles:" check
boxes are disabled. I would like to view the Bullet and numbering formatting
in the style pane. How do I enable these options? I figure I've inadvertently

My document consists of three sections with a couple of headers and
footers.  It ends with a Continuous Section Break which creates a blank
page at the end I can't seem to get rid of.  When I display paragraph
marks I can see (in Normal View) one paragraph mark just below the

Is there any way to rotate text or text box 180 degrees? So the document or
part of the document reads and prints upside down?

I would like to print a small booklet, setup so that I print 4 pages per
8-1/2" x 11" sheet.  Is this possible in either Word 2003 or 2007, or could
you suggest another software that would enable this to be done?  Thanks.
