Using Word 2003, with a standard word document (50 plus pages) and each page is seperated by a manual page break. Question is, is there an easy way to move say page 4 to page 19, page 22 to page 3 etc... without cutting an pasting?

In word 2000, how do I select a nice cover page for a presentation. In Word 2007, you can select really nice designs on the first page of your document. How do you do that in 2000. That's all I have to work with at Work is 2000.
