Setting up a letter with different 1st page.  If text carries over to 2nd
page need different formatting.  Can sort margins, and footers but when
typing on 1st page page margin carries on!

I know there 'used' to be a way to view all the footnotes, in a row, in 2003.
Had something to do with which view one was using, but I can't seem to find
out how in 2007.  With nearly 300 footnotes I could really use help!

I am using Word 2000 and know how to insert page numbers and make them
appear on the pages on screen.  However, I can never get them to
actually print out on the pages. Is there some secret to this...?

Can anybody tell me for certain if I can put form fields in a text box?  It

I am creating templates for letterhead - the bulk of the letterhead will be printed; we will insert the names of the shareholders since the list changes periodically and this way we won't need to have new letterhead printed everytime someone comes or goes in the Firm.

When ever I try to change the Orientation from "Portrait" to "Landscape" I
