I'm an old hand at Word, but have never spent much time in two-column format. Using a dirt-simple template and layout, I drop a continuous section break after the document title and intro so that the rest of the document will be in 2-col format.

I want to insert the same image, in the same place on every page, at the side of the page. Headers and Footers allow me to do this at the top or bottom of the page but I can't work out how to do it down the side of a page. I am using Word 2007.

I have Word 2003. I am printing test to pre-printed patterned paper. Because of the way my printer prints, I need to invert the test in the Word document. The top of the printed paper is a cutout, and gets jammed in the printer.
