JUST had a problem occur today that is driving me MAD. In MS Word now I get what I call margin boundary markers - not sure of the correct term. In all cases its when I am in print layout mode. What it is looks like 2 sides of a square - and there is one at each corner

When I push my center alignment button on the formatting toolbar it is centering every line in the document instead of just the paragraph. I have tried opening a new document and it still happens. Word 2003

When I paste text from one part of the document to another, Word provides the paste option. How do I access those three/four options without having to use the Mouse? The mouse is a time-killer. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

I am using Word 2007 and have created my own template. I want the users to be able to unprotect the document for other changes once the form is filled in. However, when I unlock the document, it still will only allow the form fields to be edited.
