When using Word (Office 2007) when I place my mouse over the themes nothing comes up. I downloaded a new theme and nothing happens?

How do I get a normal view as default, the way it used to be. It is very disturbing to see all the arrows and symbols while I work.

Help - each time I highlight and bold a word/ sentence, it appears throughout the entire document. Same foes for other formatting changes (underlining, etc). What gives?

On an A4 sheet I want to print a 2 page booklet. Each page 12x12cm. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to put in the correct margin size, or what the correct margin size should be. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Normal is the default doc. that appears when opening Word. Suddenly it begins every doc. on line 1 at the very top of page and ends on last line at bottom of page, even though Page Setup clearly shows larger spaces for Top and Bottom margins. I have tried several times to modify ...

The publisher for the book I'm typing wants superscript endnote references, but in the Endnote section itself, they want them as 1. 2. 3. Is there any way to tell Word to do this? I have a feeling I may be able to do it manually, but there are 193 endnotes...

I was wondering if it is possible to modify the space a header or footer takes on a document. I don't want to modify the document margins but would like to change the space the footer uses so that the last line of my document does not move to a second page.
