In Word 2003 I had a lovely macro that I used to place the filename, author,
creation date, revision date, and page number into a footer that repeated on
every page.  I would open a blank file, save it to the filename I wanted it

Help - each time I highlight and bold a word/ sentence, it appears throughout
the entire document. Same foes for other formatting changes (underlining,

I need to create a Bill of Lading template that will put a consecutive number

The publisher for the book I'm typing wants superscript endnote references,
but in the Endnote section itself, they want them as 1.  2.  3.   Is there
any way to tell Word to do this?  I have a feeling I may be able to do it
manually, but there are 193 endnotes...

Is there a way to insert a blank page in a document (no header) without
making a new section?  Since my chapters need to start on an odd page, I
often need to add a blank page before a chapter.  So I've got a LOT of

I was wondering if it is possible to modify the space a header or footer
takes on a document. I don't want to modify the document margins but would
