How do I use the "Print Screen" key on the keyboard?

How do I change the default font using Works 6. for all
programs.

Is there some way I can use the small fonts in Excel in a
Word document    or   can I use Word fonts smaller than 8
points?????

I have 120 computers with Office xp pro. I need to change
the default font to Garmond size 12. Is there a regkey
that I can deploy throught AD or any other way that I can
do this remotly without visiting every workstation.
