When I go to print documents that have been produced in
word the top margin starts blinking and the screen freezes
up requiring a ctrl/alt/del to shut down word? I have re-
installed word, but it did not change anything.

In Word XP I go to <FILE><OPEN> and then right click on a
Word document and click <PRINT> but get this message (the
command you selected is not available from this shortcut
menu) - this worked fine in Office 97.  What is the fix

I'm printing a color image, but can't get the headers and
printers to stay off the printout. Yes, I can cut them
off with a paper cutter, but I'd like them to just not
print at all. Any ideas?
