Just upgraded my work computer from a Win 95 machine with Works 95 to a Win
XP Pro machine with Works Suite (Word 2002)
I use a Panasonic KX-P2023 dot matrix printer to print multiple copies of
mailing labels for shipping packages.

Having just upgraded from 98 to XP, I find that the
program runs my Win2000 a lot slower than did the 98.
Why?  The 1.7gig Pentium 4 should not impede.

   I'm using Word 97 on Windows NT4/SP6a. When editing a document in Word,
