On my yesterday question about why I keep getting the
following text on the toppest edge of every page I'm
printing through my MS Word 2000 and my HP Deskjet 842C:

I have a user who wants a peculiar option in Word. She has
a form that she updates weekly for each of her clients.
She keeps the printed form in a binder.  She wants to be
able to place that form in her printer, add a new row of

When using the Courier New Font (which incidently is this
one) the @ character is not printing out at all like how
it is displayed on screen. Instead it is printing out like
a perfect "at symbol". More like you would see on a

I have a letterhead template that matches some paper with a left-hand
border.  The envelope in the template is set to the correct fonts.
But I need the return address to indent .85 inch from the left.  I can
set it manually, but I can't seem to make it stick as the default.
