I have a document that shows the correct page numbering
on the screen and in print preview (i.e.:  Page 1 of 5,
Page 2 of 5) but when I print the document it displays as
Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, etc.

Does anyone know if you can turn this behavior off?
