Formatting in envelopes & labels do not print as such!
HELP!These labels are expensive!

Good day
I am printing a Word Document from Word2000 using PDF995,
and have a Table of Context in the document, with text
marked as Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.

Whenever I go to print my document the text is shaded.  
Have tried everything to get rid of shading but
unsuccessful.  Help!!!

I have 2 users who are required to set their documents
with courier font.  While it is available in the control
panel| fonts, it is not available for use in Word.
Several other users DO have it available, including myself.

i have a computer with windows XP and Office XP loaded on
