When I go into my computer control panel, fonts I see Lucida Calligraphy
Italic listed as a font installed on my computer.  BUT, when I go into Word,
it does not appear on my font dropdown list.  How can I make it available in
Word so I can use it on my Word documents?

Why is it that applying Bold and Italics (via the buttons on the
formatting toolbar) to Times New Roman results in different looking
font than if you select "Times New Roman / Regular / Bold Italic" via
Format / Font ?

HP Deskjet 882C will not print from Word (Win 2000 &
Office Pro 2000).  Will print from other applications.

Whenever I print an envelope, it prints in red ink.  The only way to print
in black is to change my printer options to black & white.  It only happens
on my computer.  Any ideas?

We are using Word 2003 and XP Pro on IBM desktops and T41 laptops.  On
SOME of the desktops and laptops, when you open Word and work in it,
everything is fine until you go to print - then you get nothing - no
print dialog, no error message, no printing.
