I have created a series of new styles by clicking on Formatting -> Styles & Formatting, then clicking "New Styles" in the window that appears, and calling my new styles Header A, Header B, Header (Main Text), Body Text (Norm), etc.

For some reason when I print (HP1100 Laser Jet) using MS Word 2003 SP1 some documents print half the page (it is shifted to the right and cutoff by about 40-50%) The best way to describe the problem is, it would appear (after printing)

I have a 7-page mail-merge document. My merges typically involve 20 or more recipients. The first page of each merged section is supposed to be printed on letterhead, with the rest of the pages on plain paper.

Excel and other apps have no problem, but Office XP 2003 Word cannot print multiple copies on XP from a shared printer on an Windows 2003 Server. Word did work fine before a shared printer was deleted on the 2003 Server and then re added. The clients are XP.

Software we use at work passes information to some more software, that then loads Word automatically (overnight), and prints a letter or many letters depending on the number of records. We use skipif to skip some records, but there are occasions when we don't
