I had a number of fonts that I'd been using in Word for a long time; in
the pull-down font menu, they had a "T1" icon.  Now they all have a
printer icon.  All of the fonts display correctly on the screen, but
they won't print.  If I have a document with some TrueType fonts and

I have to do some Word user support here where I work in addition to
developing automation solutions involving Word.
Recently I had a user who printed a document, and it had two copies of page
2.  Even stranger, they weren't quite identical; differing by a couple of

Hi I had a user call with a problem with printing a document created using a
template created by his firms office in the USA
he gets a blank template and inputs the text, if he emails the finished
document to the USA it prints out perfectly, However if he tries printing it

I've spent the better part of the day trying to fix this:  in all Office
2003 applications I have installed, the font selection mechanism is "broke".
I first noticed this behaviour last week; prior to that, it was fine, and
for the life of me I can't think of a thing that has ...

Is there a fix for this? I used to be able to add fonts, but now the
file menu is just the generic list - no way to add fonts.
