OK.. I followed Jean's instructions below. But, now, all of a sudden, when typing text in the textbox, it begins to insert the text and then, simultaneously, it duplicates what I type.

I am using Word 2002. I understand it is "easy" to link check boxes, so that if the use checks one box manually, another one is checked automatically for m (in a different spot on the form).
