I routinely mailmerge Access data into an 8 page Word document that contains
dates and signatures. These signatures are typed and then initialed later. 8
other people use this same document. When changes are required to the basic

I have recorded this little macro, and it works find. It is just that every
time I run the macro I get a question: "do you want to search the reminer of
the document?" I don't want see this question! I want the the answer to be
always "no"

Is it possible to set an IncludePicture field in a
document and the set the path as a variable that could be
changed by using code? If so what would the code look
like to add the field with a variable as the Filename?

This sounds so simple but when I 'hover' over the indentation marks on the
ruler (I have Word 2002) the screen tips do not show which is which. I use
Word 2000 in a current class I'm taking and they work fine. I turned them on
under Properties - Appearance - Advanced - Item = ...

MS Office Professional Edition 2003. I have followed the instructions to
enable the VB Macros in MS Word. Does not work. Software was acquired
receently. Possible error on the CD Rom. Also, unable to install Business
Contact Manager.
