This sounds so simple but when I 'hover' over the indentation marks on the
ruler (I have Word 2002) the screen tips do not show which is which. I use
Word 2000 in a current class I'm taking and they work fine. I turned them on
under Properties - Appearance - Advanced - Item = ...

MS Office Professional Edition 2003.  I have followed the instructions to
enable the VB Macros in MS Word.  Does not work.  Software was acquired
receently.  Possible error on the CD Rom.  Also, unable to install Business
