place, have all of the disks, and know that it is real not

Hello! Can someone please help me?  I was having problems

While using Word 97 as a text editor in Outlook, I hover
over the words that I typed and the name pops up as
inserted by...  Where does this information come from?

I upgraded my Windows ME edition to an XP edition.  I had
Word 2000 on ME but when I upgraded I have the icon but
cannot get into the program on XP.  I did not worry about

ok... i wanted to reinstall word in my computer, but i
ended up erasing it and when it asked for the  digit
number (i think it's the registration stuff) i couldn't
find the numbers....

We have recently switched to Word 2002.  We are trying to have
deletions show up as striked through text rather than in a color which
doesn't show up on b/w printers (and rather than using balloons that
makes the type too small and doesn't work with massive re-writes).

I have a template with both "Ask" and "Fill-in" field
codes.  When I create a document based on this template it
only prompts me for the "Fill-in" fields.  How can I get
both the "Ask" and "Fill-in" prompts to come up when
