My other computer crashed and I am trying to reinstall my
software to this one.... I have the product key and all of
my info but it says that it has already been registered...
How do I either unregister it so I can reinstall it or at

I upgraded my hard drive and installed Windows XP and
Windows Office 2000.  When I try to open a file in word
there is this loud grinding noise that comes from the
tower?  How can I get rid of noise?

Word XP or 2003, it just kind of hangs, with the hour glass.  If I give it
15 minutes or so, it'll open!  But, if I unplug the network connection, the
