How do I activage MS OFFICE Word? It appears to be
installed on my laptap that I just purchased but I did
not receive any Product Key Number with which to activate
the program.   Thanks.

I purchased a new computer on Jan 18 2004. The office
2003 was already loade on it. I tried to set up and open
the word, excel and power point programs and each has
asked for the product key. On the computer there are 25

I am using Word 2000.  What gets copied when a user's normal.dot is copied
to another machine?  It seems many settings do not get transferred.

When i did a back up of my documents and installed a new
machine on the netork and copied all relevent docs onto
new system, all of my word and excel documents seem to
have lost all the formating and all prints are about 25%

i've got problems with the word configuration. if i
oppend a document in word or just the program, there
always appears an old written document. I've tried to
delete this file, but there was the same problem again.

i'm trying to update word 97 to word 2002, and it tells
me that it cant find the previous version on the
computer. when i open word 97, it says something about
files being missing in hte registry.... could that be the

requires activation on the laptop.  The laptop is about to
die and I'll be buying a new one -- if I activate Office
