How do I activage MS OFFICE Word? It appears to be installed on my laptap that I just purchased but I did not receive any Product Key Number with which to activate the program. Thanks.

I am using Word 2000. What gets copied when a user's normal.dot is copied to another machine? It seems many settings do not get transferred. TIA, Ricki

When i did a back up of my documents and installed a new machine on the netork and copied all relevent docs onto new system, all of my word and excel documents seem to have lost all the formating and all prints are about 25%
