Word 2002 on XP Pro SP1 saving a file across the network
to a folder on the server is VERY slow (ie 2 min for a
small file). Everything else is running well - if I save
the Word doc locally and copy it to the server the speed

We have identified an issue when migrating documents to
SBS2003/Word2003 from a previous installation. It apperas
that on opening an histroic document from the old server
the document/word attempts to find the original template

When I click on microsoft word it freezes up and I can't
get into it. This has happened since last Thursday. I shut
everything down and try to start it again and it still
happens. Could you please help me in this matter.
