We have documents placed on a server and a few machines accesing them. When
saving a word document from a laptop (wireless) we can't open it from
another machine (only in read only mode). Why is that?

This customer has it's OfficeSyste 2003 installed on a Citrix-server. When
every client opens the New-dialog it takes up to 1 minute to be able to
browse the different templates (it's about 70 in different folders). Is this

I use Office 2000 and i have a few hundred Word documents that take 5 min to
open.
The problem is that tools - templates and add-ins. - document template is
pointing to an old server.
