HI, my name´s is Renato I´m from Brasil.
When I open a document In the word aplication I have a problem. After few
seconds the aplication closed. and appear to me the following information.
Winword.exe create error and it will be closed.

When I take info from Access and open it in Word It changes the layout and
makes it 2 pages long with a huge blank area in the middle. Do you have any
ideas on how to open it in word and have it look the same as it does in

I have three Citrix servers and all are running Office2k3.  I have been asked

Executive council to figure out how to "turn off the *$&% reading layout".  
I can't figure out how to do it globally without having each user log into

Subdocuments so I can apply header and footers to them. This is a printing
issue as the end user only wants to print specific sections.
