How do I set the default font size in Word 2000. So that when Word is opened
the font is always a certain font & size?

when I mail merge into a document (form letter) all works ok, and the final
product is a bunch of pages as form letters.  Is there a way to separate each
page and save it as an idividual file?  So that each recipient is saved as a
separate file, instead of one big one?
