Not sure if this is the right NG?

column D of each row, and it simply multiplies columns B*C.  Is there any

Is there a way to select the first row of a table and
convert/make it into a header, so it prints on every page.
This can be easily done in Excel, but it's a pain in

I am working with a table which has 8-9 columns. The page
setup is landscape. I don't want some of the data is some
of the columns wrapping but it's very difficult due to 8-9
column table. How can I fix that.
