I'm setting up a table with 31 rows and 1 column. This
table is being set up to align itself with a pre-printed
form. The table has to align with the form.
I recently updated from Microsoft works word to Microsoft

I'm using Word 2002 SP-2 and I can't seem to join two adjoining tables together.  Split works just fine, but deleting the space between the tables does nothing.  I also checked the table properties for wrap=none and both tables are set that way.  What should I be doing?

Thank you Shauna Kelly.  I'm using Word 2000.  I tried the
first meathod and only two and now one of a bolded heading
showed up in the TOC.  Nothing in the pages below the toc
insertion point ( I put it on page 4).  The heading (s)

Not sure if this right group, but ...  Have a 16 page
document, in outline form, and want to insert a table of
contents on 4th page down from cover and two misc. pages.
Headings are in bold A - O - then indentions from there.

I'm pasting an excel table into a word document and its displaying the grid
lines in word.  When I print the table from excel it doesn't display the
grid lines and the only way I can get the grid lines not to appear in word
is if I select the table and format it not to use any ...

I want my table to not break across two pages.
There is a blank line immediately before and after the table.
The table has the paragraph property "Keep Lines together" checked.
The blank lines do not.
