I am having some trouble with back compatibility using
tables in word. if i create a table within a table using
Word 2002 and then view this document in Word 97 the table
is gone and all the information is structured in

Can anyone tell me if its possible to produce a table of
contents that will, instead of just producing a single
page number at the occurence of a ToC style ie:

When creating a large multi-page table in Word 2000 the
table for some reason splits after the header rows, even
though there is still room for many rows of actual data on
that first page.
