I have hidden the gridlines on the table and saved the document, but when I reopen the document, I can see the gridlines again. Is there a way to hide the gridlines so that they are not viewable when the document is reopened?

I have a document that is in table form and is about 240 pages long right now.
It's going to get larger and larger (probably at least 500 pages)
Is there going to be a problem or can Word 2002 handle that large a table.  Thanks for any comments!

I'm creating long docs with TOCs in Word 2k. The TOC links work fine
when I vew the document in Word. However, when I switch to web view or
save them as HTML (their ultimate destiny), some (not all) of the TOC
links go to the bottom of the document rather than the linked heading.

I got a new computer...I transferred files from the "old" hard drive to a new hard drive...The Operating System WOULD NOT transfer...So, I put the files in a folder...NOW when I pull up old Word documents they  get "converted" to wordpad...Any suggestions??? Thanks---

I am trying to get the following formula to work out and need help in
placing the proper functions.  I can get the
=SUM(C29,F29,G29,H29,I29,J29)/SUM(F27,I27)/2 part to work fine on its
own, but don't know how to write the "if,then" part of it correctly.
