I'm using Word as part of Office 2002 with SP2, the o/s XP with up-to-date patching.
A document consist entirely of one lable, 8 pages. The table has 3 columns, the rightermost of the three has blocks of text (8 point Aerial).   Some of the text are sentences with bullet points.

Using Word 2003. I want to increase the whote space for appearance reasons before a table
so there is more separation between the text above the table (body text) and the tablet

When I press Tab to move from one cell to the other it
works fine... great.  BUT, when I get to the last cell in
the table and press tab, it creates another row/cell.  Is
