Big problem - with a table
Page one of the document only shows lines 1 and 2 - which are the heading
rows.
Page 2 works fine - showing both header and the remaining rows.

Using a table in a header or footer always inserts a paragraph return after
the table. This has the effect of making the header and footer taller
(bigger) than defined. Is there any way to leave the table but remove the
following paragraph mark?
