I keep getting multiple "mail merge" in the Tools drop down box. I access Tools when I want to print an envelope & I think each time I do this, an additional mail merge appears in the drop down box. I have in excess of 20 in the drop down box. How do I remove them?

In Word 97 I could move columns around to suit my needs, in Word XP every tme I move one column the others resize. Is there a switch to turn off this (un)helpful facility? D.
