I keep getting multiple "mail merge" in the Tools drop down box.  I access
Tools when I want to print an envelope & I think each time I do this, an
additional mail merge appears in the drop down box.  I have in excess of 20
in the drop down box.  How do I remove them?

Using Word 2003, putting clipart in date cells of a calendar is difficult.  
It is not free floating.  I need to use justifications and tabs to place a
clipart in the top right corner of a cell, for example.  Any way to make it
easier?
