I created a fill in form table in Word 2003, however when it is opened in an
older version of word (specifically Word 2000) it appears as though the cell
width is not wide enough for all of the text.  How can I fix?

I cannot get a row to break across a page.  I've gone into the option in
Table / Cell Height & Width, and ticked it, but nothing happens.  There is
more information than will fit on a single page, and so some text is just
invisible 'between pages'.

bookmarks.  However, we need to e-mail the document to people and I would
like to get rid of the bookmarks and the shading after the data has been

I am trying to do a simple User input Form where there is a table with fields
(all bookmarked) and then a sum at the bottom.  I don't want to use an Excel
table... and of i lock the form, I can't click the total to F9 it.
