My form consists of a table with several rows and columns of information. Each row has a column with a yes/no answer block. For all rows whose answer is yes, I want to add the numbers in another column of the yes rows to obtain a total. Is there an easy way to do this?

How do I change shading in a table/cell that seems to be locked in word? It will not let me add or change the color in the row. The shading palette is greyed out when I click in the table. It was working last week but now is locked. Help!
