Is there a way to automatically repeat the word "continued" at the bottom of a multiple-page table of contents? It would work something like Header Rows Repeat but at the bottom of the page instead of the top.

I had a TOC that was working fine. Now, when I update it, additional tab stops get inserted so that the page numbers are no longer right aligned, and the leading ... disappear. I can clear the additional tab stops in Format | Tabs..., but when I update again they are reinserted ...

in previous versions of Word, numbering inside table can be chosed row by row , or column by column. In 2003, this function can not be found. Numbering can only be sideway, ie. 1st in top one, then 2nd in the next right cell, and so on.
