I have a product whose entire reason for existence is to sort chronological tables. It was developed and tested using Word 2003, and also tested on 2000 and 2002. It works fine. Imagine my dismay when demonstrating it to possible customers yesterday

Can I cronologically sort the names of U.S Presidents with their years in office in Word under the Table columns? It seem sorting can only be done by alphabetically not numerically. Like to know how to cronologically sort the following Presidents in Word.

Sorry if this is a very elementary question but I have tried everywhere for a solution on "Help", and many books. I have to make a graph from a table in Word for Advanced ECDL exam. It seems it would be so much easier to do it in Excel!
