On Control/Clicking a hyperlink (picture) in Office 2003 Excel or Word table,

Can you turn this option off so it stays off for good?  It is a pain when
creating a table and have to go in and change this every time you make a
table.  I don't want my columns to move unless I want them to move.  Please
