Getting a table's heading to say "continued" on the second page01 Jun 2006 20:27 GMT4
I know how to select the first row in a table, containing my table heading or
title, and make it repeat on the next page, when the table overlaps the end
of the page.
How do I get Word to recognize that the table has spanned more than one page

I can do a Ctrl + A and then make lines, but of course they print when I
print the lables.  Is there a way to see the lines of each individual lable
without printing them?

I am using Word 2003

I created a 2 page Header Form for our procedures.  The headers are made up
of  tables.  I used the instructions that required me to create the 2nd page
