I need the header row to repeat in a table. There are no page nor section breaks. I have highlighted the row and clicked "Repeat Header Row". The row does not repeat. I have viewed the document in print preview and printed it.

I use Word 2003 and I've just copied something from an Internet document into a table in Word. By mistake I copied a dotted line that I can't seem to delete from the receiving document. Can anyone help?
