Does anyone know how to make a macro that repeats the header row of tables that span multiple pages? This is done by selecting the table and going to Table > Heading Rows repeat. If I have a document with 20 tables, I would like to automate this via a macro, but I'm not sure how.

I'm shading cells in a calendar template. In some cells the shading doesn't fill to the bottom of the cell, a thin white strip remains. Similarly, in some cells text is clipped off at the top. Top & bottom cell margins are set to 0. How can I fix this?
