I have pasted text into a cell and notice that the text abruptly stops at the
botttom of the page.  I put my cursor at the last word in the cell and i can
type and type and type but nothing appears.  I would like for the contents of
this cell to appear in the cell on the next ...

I did something to my table that made it impossible to click below the table
to go on with text entry (lost my paragraph mark). I was able to resume work
only by deleting the table and pasting it after I had pressed the Enter key.

Hi, I wish to shade random cells.   I successfuly use the format paintbrush
to copy the format of headings etc, but the shading never copies across.   Is

The original docs were created in Word 2000. We are now using Word 2003 and
when I copy 5 tables (on one page) to one of the other documents the line
spacing changes from single to 1.5 lines in some of the columns.

Hi, I have used some arrows to point to some table cells and I have ordered
them to go behind the text.   Now I need to move an arrow, and I cannot
select it (even  though I can see it).   I even tried cutting the table in
the hope that my arrow would be there, but it wasn't.   ...

I have inserted some new full width rows in my table (in which some of the
higher cells in coumns are mereged).
In some of my new cells in the row I do not have the sun symbol which is
where characters are palced when I type them.

I need to create a custom sort order in Word.  My values are in text format.  
I do NOT want the sort to be ascending or descending, I want it to be
specific.  Is there any way I can do this?

I am creating a document that has a table in the header. I have a slightly
different table in the first page header than the rest of the document.
What I want to be able to do is have a portion of the text I enter in my
table on page 1 header, appear in the table in the header of ...

In ms word, we can split a table in to two row wise using split option  under
table.
But when i tried spliting the table in column wise, there is no such option.
can anyone help me?

I have a multipage table, no manual page breaks.  The header row won't repeat
as it should.  I have tried selecting "keep with next" on the header row.  I
am sure no other rows are selected to repeat.  Only the widow/orphan control
is selected in paragraph format.
