When there is an item in the TOC that is less than 5 characters in length, the page number won't allign right. It alligns left with the item name. For example: Box5

Can multiple rows be formatted simultaneously. I'm trying to add bottom lines to each row in a sectio of a table but can't seem to do it except one row at a time. Help!

When usig the format painter it paste/copy only the characters and paragraph format. How can I copy and paste a cell / column format (there are borders and shadings to some of the cells). I am using word 2003. Thanks, Tamir

Help...all I want to know is how to tab from COLUMN to COLUMN. I know that there is a way to do it but it has been a while!!! The tab button just takes me to the bottom of the page.

i want the rows in my tables to break across pages but the "allow row to break across pages" option is grayed out in some of the rows. i've deselected the "keep with next" and "widow and orphan control" options but that hasn't helped. what am i missing?
