I would like create a user friendly word document that promts the user to enter in the serial number range ex: RED0001 - RED1001 and have the labels automatically fill in as many sheets as needed. I am converting these numbers into a barcode.

I received via email a table that I'm trying to duplicate; however, there is one formatting issue that puzzles me. Certain cells in the original document contain grey areas where text must be entered; can anyone tell me how to repeat this formatting option in my table?

My company uses a default font size of 12 pt for documents. I find that word 2007 now automatically changes/inteprets a 12 pt default font size to 11 pt when in a table. This only occurs with the 12 pt size, but it is apparently true for all fonts. Is this suppose to be a ...

Whenever I start a Table the default setting is for the rows to be able to break over a page. I would like that box to be unticked as a default. Is there a way of changing the default setting?

I'm not sure if this is the table or something else, but - here's the issue. I have a 2 page word table that is over a meg. If I copy the table and text to a new word document and save that, the document saves at about 29 K. I opened both the files in notepad and see a ton
