Hello ... the situation  ... I export a file from Access 2003 to a "Rtf"
file for Word.  This creates a table in Word with the exported fields.  One
of the fields is a "Memo" field in access and shows all the data in Access.

I'm creating a calendar with a basic Word table and wish to place text across
several cells with out merging the cells.  
So, if one week is occupied by one event, is there a way to write that event

I have two tables separated by text. I want to join the tables by
deleting the text. This is a technique I have used before with
INCLUDETEXT to form a single table. A narrow blank strip remains between
the two tables.

Is there a way to get my captions to stay with the table? At the bottom of
some pages I have the table caption and then the table starts on the next
page. I have checked "keep with next" in the caption style but this did not

need to insert a table header row with a top and bottom border that repeats
the name of the table and says continued, like this:

document insists on being a 2-page document, with just a paragraph marker at
