I have a table in word 2003 with 6 columns and multiple rows. When I select the entire table to merge the rows of this table it will combine all the cells (Columns+Rows) into one cell. The position of table as follow:

Is it possible to set "Repeat as header row at the top of each page" as the default option? I still run into problems when I forget to set this option and remember only after extending the table to the next page, when it is too late. I am tired

working in a Word 2007 table and have text in an extremely long column, NOT continue onto the next page but just disappear! You can't view it in Print layout (can see in Draft) and when print, it cuts it off, also. HELP!
