When I save my word docum,net as a web page and then view it, how come the hand cursor doesn't appear when I place the cursor over the picture hyperlink?? Any ideas would be great

When I put html into the word document and preview it as a web page, it shows the text of the html. Same thing if I save it as a web page file and view it with IE6.0 Am I doing something wrong?

In Word's "Web Options" setup, there is an option to set pixels per inch. The options are 72, 96 and 120. Can somebody explain the purpose of this setting? I have researched it and can't find an answer.
